CHN Direct allows an employer to contract directly with and access our provider network without an intermediary (e.g. Insurer, Health Plan). By offering our network of hospitals, doctors, and other health care professionals directly to employers, we look to enhance the relationship between patient, provider and payor. We deliver a streamlined approach to the contracting, purchase and delivery of self-funded health benefits plans.

Direct contracting with health care providers enables your third party administrator to coordinate with the CHN care management team. Based on our experience with managed health insurers, we have developed highly effective care management programs that are delivered at our hospitals and through our physicians. CHN Direct offers employers the ability to take command of complex health service issues through utilization of our care management team and direct access to our provider network.
