The
Cleveland Health Network (CHN) is a regional network of hospitals,
physicians and other health care providers in Northeastern Ohio
and Western Pennsylvania. We contract with employers and insurers
to deliver and manage health care services. We are physician-managed
and are committed to improving and integrating the delivery of health
care for our patients in the communities we serve.
Since our
inception in 1995, we have grown to encompass more than 6,000 practitioners
and 28 area hospitals. Our mission is to provide the highest quality,
cost effective, comprehensive health care services and to measure and
report on the quality, outcomes and satisfaction of the care delivered.
